*Breakfast vouchers for the resort can be added for $45 (3 vouchers)
*Meal cards can be added for $100 (dinner cards can be used at any Universal restaurant in the parks or Citywalk – meal cards cannot be used at the resort).
*If a traveler opts to purchase meal vouchers, they must be added to the trip at registration and before insurance is purchased if applicable.
*Price is based on a minimum of 45 paying travelers per bus
*Prices are subject to change and are based on availability at time of booking
*Suppliers may impose surcharges depending on the price of fuel, taxes etc. Any additional charges imposed by vendors must be paid prior to travel.
*Once a rooming list is received from the group leader, every traveler will be billed based on his/her room occupancy. If room occupancy is different from the requested occupancy, the price will be adjusted accordingly. Any additional payment will be due within 7 days; over payments will be refunded.

Group trips are priced based on numbers. Therefore, payments are neither refundable, nor transferrable unless the trip is cancelled by the group leader prior to any vendor penalties. Travelers can make any/all payments early; however, if you decide to purchase insurance, insurance must be purchased PRIOR to the trip being paid in full.

OPTIONAL TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE: Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
Be advised, insurance premiums are not refundable even if the trip is cancelled by the group leader as per travel insured rules. Carefully read the Travel Insured Coverage prior to purchasing the policy.

Insurance premiums are determined by the trip’s total per person cost:

$801-$1000          $34.50 per person
$1001 – 1500          $45.00 per person

NOTE: In order to be covered under CFAR, insurance MUST be purchased within 14 days of the initial trip deposit. Insurance premiums are subject to change without notice.
