*Suppliers may impose surcharges depending on the price of fuel, taxes etc. Any additional charges imposed by vendors must be paid prior to travel.
*Once a rooming list is received from the group leader, every traveler will be billed based on his/her room occupancy. If room occupancy is different from the requested occupancy, the price will be adjusted accordingly. Any additional payment will be due within 7 days; over payments will be refunded.

*NOTE: Registrations will not be processed without full initial deposit of $300 per person.
Please note: Group trips are priced based on numbers. Therefore, payments are neither refundable, nor transferrable unless the trip is cancelled by the group leader prior to any vendor penalties. Payments should be made with a valid credit or debit card.
Travelers can make any/all payments early; however, if you decide to purchase insurance, insurance must be purchased PRIOR to the trip being paid in full.
OPTIONAL TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE: Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
Be advised, insurance premiums are not refundable even if the trip is cancelled by the group leader as per travel insured rules. Carefully read the Travel Insured Coverage prior to purchasing the policy.
We offer Travel Insured International’s Student Travel Protection Plan including CFAR (Cancel for any Reason) if purchased within 14 days of initial deposit date.

Insurance premiums are determined by the trip’s total per person cost:
$1,001-1,500 $94.50 per person
$1,501-2,000 $124.50 per person
$2,001-2,500 $157.50 per person
**The above premium prices INLCUDE the CFAR option. If you do not purchase CFAR premium price will be lower.
NOTE: In order to be covered under CFAR, insurance MUST be purchased within 14 days of the initial trip deposit.
***Also to be covered for Pre-Existing conditions Clause you must purchase within 14 days of initial trip deposit.
