*Group must maintain a minimum of 10 rooms per night and have a minimum of 20 students.
*Prices are subject to change and are based on availability at time of booking
*Vendors may impose surcharges depending on the price of fuels, gas etc.
*Once a rooming list is received, every traveler will be billed based on his/her room occupancy.  If the room occupancy on the rooming list is different from the room occupancy requested at time of registration, the price will be adjusted accordingly.

To secure your reservation, the initial deposit of $200 per person is required as outlined  below:

*NOTE:  Due to Covid, we recommend that travelers consider double occupancy; therefore, there will only be one person in each bed.
*Money is not refundable or transferrable unless the school cancels the trip prior to vendor penalties.  If school cancels the trip prior to vendor penalties, money is refundable 100%,
*NOTE:  Registrations will not be processed without full initial deposit of $200 per person.

Payments should be made with a valid credit or debit card.

 

Travelers can make any/all payments early; however, if you decide to purchase insurance, insurance must be purchased PRIOR to the trip being paid in full.

OPTIONAL TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE:  Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
Be advised, insurance premiums are not refundable even if the trip is cancelled by the group leader as per travel insured rules.  Carefully read the Travel Insured Coverage prior to purchasing the policy.
We offer Travel Insured International’s Student Basic Travel Insurance including CFAR (Cancel for any Reason).

COVID-19 Traveler Resources

COVID-19 cases and deaths have been reported in all 50 states and across the globe and senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

At Student Tours a division of All Aboard Travel, we are taking many steps to thoroughly vet our hotel, airline, cruises, and other suppliers to ensure that they are taking all the necessary precautions and following the recommended guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and other governing authorities.  However, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 continues to exist in any public space where people are present.

By traveling, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and any other airborne viruses.   While we do our best to provide you with up to date information, we cannot be liable if you become sick or contract COVID-19 during travel and recommend each traveler to assess their level of risk tolerance.

We urge you to check the latest guidance from the CDC, the State Department travel advisories, as well as review the individual supplier’s websites to help you confidently make decisions regarding upcoming potential travel.
