    • Grad Bash is a once-in-a lifetime, rite of passage celebration for high school seniors.  Seniors will enjoy an exciting night with their friends in Florida’s only grad celebration with exclusive, private access to thrilling rides and attractions, street entertainment and more.
    • Enjoy early entry to both Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios beginning at 4:00 PM.  Seniors and chaperones can access both theme parks.

Note:  We may in our sole discretion substitute services such as hotels or goods of similar quality for any service or goods stated in the inclusions.

WHAT IT COSTS

$375 per person

*Price is based on a minimum of 50 paying travelers per bus
*Prices are subject to change and are based on availability at time of booking
*Suppliers may impose surcharges depending on the price of fuel, taxes etc.  Any additional charges imposed by vendors must be paid prior to travel.

*NOTE:  Registrations will not be processed without full initial deposit of $125 per person.

Please note:  The limit for this trip is a maximum of 300; first come, first serve. Payments should be made with a valid credit or debit card.

Travelers can make any/all payments early; however, if you decide to purchase insurance, insurance must be purchased PRIOR to the trip being paid in full.

 

OPTIONAL TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE:  Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
Be advised, insurance premiums are not refundable even if the trip is cancelled by the group leader as per travel insured rules.  Carefully read the Travel Insured Coverage prior to purchasing the policy.
We offer Travel Insured International’s Student Travel Protection Plan including CFAR (Cancel for any Reason) if purchased within 14 days of initial deposit date.

      Insurance premiums are determined by the trip’s total per person cost:
      $251-$500         $48.00 per person
      **The above premium prices INLCUDE the CFAR option. If you do not purchase CFAR premium price will be lower.
      NOTE:  In order to be covered under CFAR, insurance MUST be purchased within 14 days of the initial trip deposit.
      ***Also to be covered for Pre-Existing conditions Clause you must purchase within 14 days of initial trip deposit.

      Please note the trip cost; you will need it in order to fill out the insurance form.

    3. Once you have purchased the Travel Insured policy, Travel Insured will email and Student Tours a copy of the insurance policy.  We will add it to your reservation and send an invoice showing you are covered under the Travel Insured Insurance plan.

NOTE:

Insurance must be purchased within 14 DAYS OF INITIAL DEPSOSIT to be covered for the CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason option -CLICK BOX ON APPLICATION, 75% refunded) or Pre-Existing Conditions 100%). Once you have completed the insurance form and paid Travel Insured for the insurance, Travel Insured will emailed you and Student Tours a copy of the insurance policy. When we receive the policy, Student Tours will add it to your reservation and send you an invoice showing you are covered under Travel Insured Insurance.
