*Breakfast vouchers for the resort can be added for $45 (3 vouchers)
*Meal cards can be added for $100 (dinner cards can be used at any Universal restaurant in the parks or Citywalk – meal cards cannot be used at the resort).
*If a traveler opts to purchase meal vouchers, they must be added to the trip at registration and before insurance is purchased if applicable.
*Price is based on a minimum of 45 paying travelers per bus
*Prices are subject to change and are based on availability at time of booking
*Suppliers may impose surcharges depending on the price of fuel, taxes etc. Any additional charges imposed by vendors must be paid prior to travel.
*Once a rooming list is received from the group leader, every traveler will be billed based on his/her room occupancy. If room occupancy is different from the requested occupancy, the price will be adjusted accordingly. Any additional payment will be due within 7 days; over payments will be refunded.

Note: Registration will not be processed without the initial deposit of $200 per person.

Group trips are priced based on numbers. Therefore, payments are neither refundable, nor transferrable unless the trip is cancelled by the group leader prior to any vendor penalties. Payments should be made with a valid credit or debit card.
Travelers can make any/all payments early; however, if you decide to purchase insurance, insurance must be purchased PRIOR to the trip being paid in full.
OPTIONAL TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE: Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
Travel Insurance: Insurance must be purchased before full payment is made or payment on or before the 15th of the month prior to departure. Once you have completed the insurance form and paid Travel Insured for the insurance, Travel Insured will emailed you and Student Tours a copy of the insurance policy. When we receive the policy, Student Tours will add it to your reservation and send you an invoice showing you are covered under Travel Insured Insurance. Travel Protection Information link is on our trips webpage. NOTE: ****Premiums are nonrefundable once paid per Insurance company.
NOTE: In order to be covered under CFAR, insurance MUST be purchased within 14 days of the initial trip deposit. Insurance premiums are subject to change without notice.

Insurance premiums are determined by the trip’s total per person cost:
$501 – $1,000 $69 per person
$1,001 – $1,500 $94.50 per person
$1,501 – $2,000 $124.50 per person
$2,001 – $2,500 $157.50 per person

NOTE: Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion Waiver! The Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion will be waived if the protection plan is purchased at or before final trip payment due date for this trip, and you are medically able and not disabled from travel at the time you pay the plan cost.

COVID-19 Traveler Resources
COVID-19 cases and deaths have been reported in all 50 states and across the globe and senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
At Student Tours a division of All Aboard Travel, we are taking many steps to thoroughly vet our hotel, airline, cruises, and other suppliers to ensure that they are taking all the necessary precautions and following the recommended guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and other governing authorities. However, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 continues to exist in any public space where people are present.
By traveling, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and any other airborne viruses. While we do our best to provide you with up to date information, we cannot be liable if you become sick or contract COVID-19 during travel and recommend each traveler to assess their level of risk tolerance.
We urge you to check the latest guidance from the CDC, the State Department travel advisories, as well as review the individual supplier’s websites to help you confidently make decisions regarding upcoming potential travel.
