Travel Leaders Student Tours coordinates all aspects of the trip, including meals, activities, transportation, tour escorts, drivers, and hotel accommodations.

Dinner vouchers can be used in Universal’s City Walk, Islands of Adventure, and Universal’s Studios. Vouchers are for counter service meals. Meal plans are not available for youth groups since park tickets and room rates are already deeply discounted.

Price is based on a minimum of 45 paying travelers per bus – Price is subject to change and is based on availability – Once a rooming list is submitted every traveler will be billed based on his/her room occupancy.
In order to secure your space, an initial deposit of $150 per person is required upon registering, as outlined by the payment schedule below.

Please Note: Group trips are priced based on numbers. Therefore, payments are neither refundable, nor transferable unless the entire trip is cancelled by the school prior to vendor penalties. By moving forward with the registration process, you understand that money is not refundable or transferable. Lastly, you may make any/all payments early if you wish. Payments can ONLY be made by check or credit card. There are NO additional fees for use of credit and/or debit cards.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND EACH TOUR PARTICIPANT PURCHASE TRIP PROTECTION.
We suggest that the Group Travel Insurance be purchased with trip deposit, please include amount with your payment. Otherwise after 14 days from Registration the Pre-Existing conditions do not apply, it also must be purchased at least 45 days before trip departure. Within 45 days it would be an individual policy priced by age/trip cost not a group rate. Once purchased, travel protection is not refundable even if the entire trip cancels.
