WHAT’S DUE AND WHEN

In order to secure your space, an initial deposit of $100 per person is required by NOVEMBER 20. The remaining payment schedule is outlined below.

CHAPERONE POLICY &
SHIP RULES

Chaperone Policy

A minimum of 1 chaperone for each 10 students is required.  Chaperones must be parents or school affiliated, age 25 and over.  Chaperone cabins must be located amongst the student cabins.

 

Ship Rules

  1. No noise in cabins areas after 11:00 PM
  2. No abusive or offensive language
  3. Abuse or theft of physical property will not be tolerated
  4. No drinking of alcoholic beverages for those under the age of 21
  5. Purchase, possession and consumption of illegal drugs will not be tolerated
  6. No congregating, eating, drinking or running in the hallways
  7. Headphones must be used with radios on deck

 

Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in the offender(s) being removed from the ship to make his/her own way home at his/her expense. Offender(s) will be responsible for any damage to the vessel or for any additional costs incurred a s a result of inappropriate behavior, including excessive disturbance to other guests that may require Carnival to make reparations

You may make any/all payments early if you wish. Payments can ONLY be made by check or credit card.  There are NO additional fees for use of credit and/or debit cards. All rates quoted do NOT include transportation to/from cruise terminal. Once final payment has been made any additional cabins will be added at the current rate. All taxes and fees including International Departure Tax and U.S. Customs Fees, and Prepaid Gratuities onboard ship are included in your cruise package cost. These items are subject to increase by the Port Authority and cruise line and will be the only variable cost in your package. Baggage handling at the port ($1.00 per bag) is not included and must be paid on arrival. Carnival Cruise Lines reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement fee up to $9.00 per person per day if the price of crude oil rises above $70.00 per barrel. Additional fuel supplement fees will be imposed upon the group.
