Message from Universal Studios: In connection with your purchase of Universal Orlando products and your visit to Universal Orlando, including Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Universal’s Volcano Bay, Universal CityWalk, and the Universal Orlando Resort hotels, please be advised that you must follow Universal Orlando’s policies, CDC guidelines and the recommendations of health officials.  Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and Universal Orlando cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit.  By visiting Universal Orlando, you acknowledge and agree that you assume these inherent risks associated with attendance.  When you enter Universal Orlando, you understand that you are subject to the Universal Orlando terms of service (including arbitration, class action waiver, assumption of risk, and infectious disease release of liability) located at https://www.universalorlando.com/web/en/us/terms-of-service/terms-of-use.

Travel Insurance:  We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.  Travel Leaders Student Tours has provided three insurance companies for your review.  Any questions about what travel insurance does or does not cover should be addressed directly to the travel insurance company.   If you decline insurance coverage, you will personally assume full responsibility for any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements.

If you choose to purchase insurance, it should be paid to the insurance company on the same day the deposit is submitted to Travel Leaders for your trip in order to cover any pre-exiting conditions.  However, each insurance company has different rules/requirements.  Be sure to READ your policy carefully.  It is the traveler’s responsibility to purchase insurance in a timely manner.

Here are three suggested companies to look at and get a quote from if you chose to do so:

COVID-19 Traveler Resources

COVID-19 cases and deaths have been reported in all 50 states and across the globe and senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

At Student Tours a division of All Aboard Travel, we are taking many steps to thoroughly vet our hotel, airline, cruises, and other suppliers to ensure that they are taking all the necessary precautions and following the recommended guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and other governing authorities.  However, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 continues to exist in any public space where people are present.

By traveling, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and any other airborne viruses.   While we do our best to provide you with up to date information, we cannot be liable if you become sick or contract COVID-19 during travel and recommend each traveler to assess their level of risk tolerance.

We urge you to check the latest guidance from the CDC, the State Department travel advisories, as well as review the individual supplier’s websites to help you confidently make decisions regarding upcoming potential travel.
