WHAT’S DUE AND WHEN

In order to secure your space, an initial deposit of $150 per person is required upon registering, as outlined by the payment schedule below.

Please Note: Group trips are priced based on numbers. Therefore payments are neither refundable, nor transferable unless the entire trip is cancelled by the school prior to vendor penalties. By moving forward with the registration process, you understand and are agreeing to the terms above regarding monies. Payments can ONLY be made by check or credit card. There are NO additional fees for use of credit and/or debit cards.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND EACH TOUR PARTICIPANT PURCHASE TRIP PROTECTION.
We suggest that the Group Travel Insurance be purchased with trip deposit, please include amount with your payment.  Otherwise after 14 days from Registration the Pre-Existing conditions do not apply, it also must be purchased at least 45 days before trip departure. Within 45 days it would be an individual policy priced by age/trip cost not a group rate. Once purchased, travel protection is not refundable even if the entire trip cancels.
