*Once a rooming list is received, every traveler will be billed based on his/her room occupancy. If the room occupancy on the rooming list is different from the room occupancy requested at time of registration, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
*Disney requires a minimum of 20 participating students for workshops

Group trips are priced based on numbers. Therefore, payments are neither refundable, nor transferrable unless the trip is cancelled by the group leader prior to any vendor penalties. Payments should be made with a valid credit card.
Travelers can make any/all payments early; however, if you decide to purchase insurance, insurance must be purchased PRIOR to the trip being paid in full.


OPTIONAL TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE: Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
Be advised, insurance premiums are not refundable even if the trip is cancelled by the group leader as per travel insured rules. Carefully read the Travel Insured Coverage prior to purchasing the policy.
We offer Travel Insured International’s Student Basic Travel Insurance including CFAR (Cancel for any Reason).

Insurance premiums are determined by the trip’s total per person cost:
$801-$1000          $34.50 per person
$1001 – 1500          $45.00 per person
*Premiums are subject to change NOTE: In order to be covered under CFAR, insurance MUST be purchased within 14 days of the initial trip deposit. Insurance premiums are subject to change without notice.

Once you have purchased the Travel Insured policy, Travel Insured will email and Student Tours a copy of the insurance policy.
