*Suppliers may impose surcharges depending on the price of fuel, taxes, etc. Any additional charges imposed by vendors must be paid prior to travel.
*Once a rooming list is received from the group leader, every traveler will be billed based on his/her room occupancy.  If the room occupancy is different from the requested occupancy, the price will be adjusted according. Any additional payment will be due within 7 days; over payment will be refunded.

Travelers can make any/all payments early; however, if you decide to purchase insurance, insurance must be purchased PRIOR to the trip being paid in full.

Be advised, insurance premiums are not refundable even if the trip is cancelled by the group leader as per travel insured rules.  Carefully read the Travel Insured Coverage prior to purchasing the policy.

3. Once you have purchased the Travel Insured policy, Travel Insured will email and Student Tours a copy of the insurance policy.  We will add it to your reservation and send an invoice showing you are covered under the Travel Insured Insurance plan.

 

COVID-19 Traveler Resources

COVID-19 cases and deaths have been reported in all 50 states and across the globe and senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

At Student Tours a division of All Aboard Travel, we are taking many steps to thoroughly vet our hotel, airline, cruises, and other suppliers to ensure that they are taking all the necessary precautions and following the recommended guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and other governing authorities.  However, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 continues to exist in any public space where people are present.

By traveling, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and any other airborne viruses.   While we do our best to provide you with up to date information, we cannot be liable if you become sick or contract COVID-19 during travel and recommend each traveler to assess their level of risk tolerance.

We urge you to check the latest guidance from the CDC, the State Department travel advisories, as well as review the individual supplier’s websites to help you confidently make decisions regarding upcoming potential travel.

MESSAGE FROM THE SCHOOL
*If for any reason a student should be placed on discipline action (suspension, OCS, etc) or any actions that may warrant the director and/or administration deciding that student is no longer eligible to go on the trip, there is no refund under these circumstances.  Travel Leaders Student Tours cannot refund a trip in regards to a student not going due to disciplinary actions.
*If a student is removed from the band program, or leaves the program on their own, the trip is not refundable.
*All school and Baldwin County rules are applicable on this trip.  Any behavior warranting a discipline referral will be handled by Administration upon our return.

UNIVERSAL TRIP REGISTRATION AGREEMENT
I/We have read and agree to the Student Standards of Behavior and Ethics for this trip as stated above.  I/We understand that violation of the behavior/ethics set forth will result in not being allowed to participate on the 2022-2023 Band Universal Trip and Travel Leaders Student Tours cannot issue a refund in this situation.  By moving forward with this registration, I/we are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed above.
